Our Blemish Peel 20% is a medium-strength beta hydroxy acid peel that effectively removes the outer layer of the skin, reducing oil and cleaning pores while diminishing hyperpigmentation. The peel has a high degree of controllability and can be layered with our Retinol Peels for greater exfoliation, which helps reduce scarring. Our formula is derived from willow bark and contains 20% Salicylic acid that is lipid-soluble, allowing it to easily penetrate into congested follicles. Salicylic acid is both keratolytic and antimicrobial, and studies have shown it to be more effective than glycolic acid, reducing comedones and accelerating skin improvement without excessive irritation.
